Maxilla Full-arch Fully-guided with immediate loading during surgery.
When doing a full-arch on the maxilla and mandible simultaneously with immediate loading during surgery it is important to have one jaw as the “leading” one.
The maxilla due to being non-dynamic works well for this technique and it this case the restoration can be easily transferred into the planned position during surgery via a special Carrier Guide which holds the pre-fabricated restoration in place and positions itself onto the base guide in the same manner as the osteotomy guide, via magnet or non-magnet locks.
The mandible restoration is then adapted to the maxillary one.
