A main feature of this case is the deficit of the bone suggestion in the first square. The patient did not agree to do sinus lifting. There was a disintegration of an implant in area 16 in the anamnesis.
After the implant was removed, the hole was filled with an unknown bone material. Bone offer in the 16 area is 6 mm, in the 17 – 3 mm. It was decided to install implants 5.0×7 in 16 and 4.0×10 in the area of the tuber maxillae. During the operation, there was not satisfacted primary stabilization in the 16 area , due to the fact that the augmentation was not replaced by bone tissue (for 8 years).
Implant 5,0х7 was replaced by 6.0х7 and installed bicarcally. During implant installation to the 18 area, , there was made bone compaction by spreaders, due to bone density D4, started with the diameter of the pilot drilling 2.0.
Installation in the frontal zone is performed according to a standard protocol using a surgical guide.
