The patient has no teeth 1.4-1.6, 2.4.-2.6. So it was planned the implant installation in positions 2.4, 2.6 and 1.5, 1.6. A feature of this case is a small height of the crest to the bottom of the sinus in position 2.6. The location of the implant was selected in the area of the anatomical protrusion, which allowed to install 2 mm longer implant. The implant in 2.6 position in the second quadrant was installed under the inclination along the bottom of the sinus.
