The patient has missing teeth in the area of 35-37 and 45, 46. The alveolar crest has sufficient altitude, but it’s rather narrow.
A surgical guide was used for the accuracy of implant installation, which is confirmed by the control CT.
What were used for planning:
- free software ImplaStation;
- the surgical guide was made on the Formlabs printer;
- the ProDigiDent Mistral surgical kit and PEEK gapless guide sleeves.
