The predictability of the result is always welcome in the implant dentist’ profession. This is facilitated by the use of surgical guides for implantation.
The patient has missed 24 and 45-47 teeth. Implant installation was planned in described positions.
Implant in the area 24 is installed in immediate proximity of the sinus and the root of the 23 tooth. To check the condition of the apical part of the formed bed the control CT was performed before the final immersion of the implant.
Subsequently, the implant was immersed in the planned position.
For planning were used:
- free software ImplaStation;
- the surgical guide was made on the Formlabs printer;
- the ProDigiDent Mistral surgical kit and PEEK gapless guide sleeves.
